The Kaleidoscope partners are Chris Allbut, Paul Stanford and Kieran Maloney. Together they have a wealth of experience gained through senior positions in sales, customer service, operations, contact centres and learning and development in major UK based companies.

Having broadened their experience as consultants working for other practices and agencies, when they worked together on a major project, they realised their shared vision, values and beliefs as well as their complementary skills, experience and knowledge made an ideal partnership. Thus Kaleidoscope Partnership Consultancy was conceived.
